1 - Apply to wet skin and lather the shower oil on the area to be treated.

2 - Place the cup on the area to be treated after having released the air from the cup.

3 - The skin fold is made immediately after releasing the cup.

Then move the cup over the area to be treated in one direction (horizontal), then in the other (vertical). On the same area, make circular or "S" shaped movements
Rinse the skin thoroughly, as well as the Cellu-cup.

Tip: To start gently, reduce the skin fold by pinching the Cellu-cup less strongly and reduce the massage time.

Do not apply to areas with varicose veins.
