Orders
All our orders are tracked using the Australia Post official tracking system. To track your delivery, simply visit your confirmation email with your tracking ID number and click the link, it will take you to a tracking landing page and you will be able to track your delivery at any time.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as a confirmation email. Please note, goods that were received free of charge cannot be returned or refunded. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.There are certain situations where only partial, or no refunds are granted (if applicable):- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If you've received a faulty product, please take a photo of the product together with the parcel it came in and send it to hello@frenchbeautyco,com.au. Please include your order number and the subject line: "Faulty product". Our team will handle it from there!
Yes, as long as your order has not already been dispatched. Please note, we do same day dispatch by 1pm AEDT/AEST Monday to Friday. Simply contact us asap and our team will take it from there!
Samples and gifts are pre-planned and automated. We're sorry we can't pick and choose at this stage :(

Oh no! It looks like the item has just gone out of stock as you were checking out! We will not charge you for the out of stock product but we do encourage you to enter your email address in the 'Notify me when back in stock' on the product page.

Shipping
We offer free delivery on all orders above $69. Otherwise there is a flat fee of $10 Australia wide.
At French Beauty Co we use Australia Post for all our deliveries. We offer both standard and express shipping options, all of which can be tracked throughout the shipping process. Please see the table below for delivery time estimates. Please note that the number of days shown is indicative once we have dispatched your order, which itself may take a day or two. Please view the Delivery & Shipping page to view costs and delivery time estimates. Most parcels will be posted on the same day if orders are placed before 1pm. However an additional day may be required during our sale periods.

Orders made before 1pm AEDT/AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 1pm AEDT/AEST, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next day business day before 1pm. Weekend orders will be dispatched the following business day at 1pm.
As long as your order hasn't already been dispatched, we can change your delivery details. Please contact us before 1pm Monday to Friday and we'll take care of it from there!
Of course, that's not a problem! Just make sure you have the correct delivery details before finalising your purchase. A calling card for collection will be left at your PO Box should the parcel be too large to fit.
Oh no ma cherie! Unfortunately, we are not liable for parcels that are lost or returned back to us. For an extra $3, ensure the safety of your parcels by selecting "Extra Cover" in the shipping methods. For orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING, you may change the method of shipping in checkout and selecting "Extra Cover" option.

Here at French Beauty Co, a core part of our offering is to bring you the best in French Beauty products, and as such all products we offer are entirely manufactured in France. This is part of our guarantee to you, providing the best quality products possible.
Yes. We work directly with the brands manufacturers and/or authorised distributors to ensure that all products we sell are genuine and authentic.
Under the European Union laws, the testing ban for finished cosmetic products has been applicable since 11 September 2004, while the testing ban for ingredients or combinations of ingredients has been applicable since 11 March 2009. Therefore, European regulations prohibit the animal testing of cosmetic products. All French brands strictly comply with this European directive.
We can confirm that the brands sold on French Beauty Co. do not conduct animal testing on their products and do not support any tests of this sort. However, if the brands are sold in China, the Chinese authorities may decide to conduct tests on products before they are sold on their territory. We deeply regret this situation and we hope that Europe will be able to persuade the Chinese authorities about the reliability of alternative methods which are used on the European market. In the case of French Beauty Co. all products are directly sourced from France where no tests have been conducted.
As with any cosmetics, some ingredients may be considered unsafe to use during pregnancy, so it is important to read and understand the composition and ingredients of our products. To make this as simple as possible for you, we have provided full ingredient lists on each product page. It is also important to consult your GP or obstetrician as a precautionary measure.

Yes, we do, each order comes with a selection of complimentary samples. As part of our offering, we want to introduce you to some new and exciting beauty products, and to do this, we offer free samples with all purchases. With so many new and exciting brands coming to Australia for the first time, this is the perfect opportunity to discover some new favourites. Due to the limited nature of samples, we regret that we are unable to send individual sample requests. However, you will receive free samples with every order.
