Dispense the equivalent of 2 grains of rice of eye cream. Divide it between your index fingers. Dab below your eyes over the bony area.

Place your index fingers on the inner corner of your eyes. Make 3 smoothing movements from the inner centre to the outer corner of your eye.

Repeat 3 times below the eyebrow, avoiding the upper eyelid. Make stronger circular movements over the crows’ feet area.

Finish by tapping lightly with your fingertips to encourage a decongesting action around the eyes. Ideally, perform this routine in the morning and evening for maximum benefits.
