At French Beauty Co., we understand that you want the best value possible, so on all orders over $50, we’ll waive the standard shipping fee! Please note that express orders over $50 will still be subject to shipping fees.

We now offer same day dispatch if your order is placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday. However due to the influx of orders during our promotional periods, please allow an extra 2 working days. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We use Australia Post for allour shipping and delivery, alongside their shipment tracking. But in some cases where Australia Post cannot deliver, TNT Shipping will be used.

You will be able to track your parcel at every stage of its journey from dispatch, to arrival. Tracking your parcel is easy; simply go to the Australia Post website, click the receiving tab, select track an item, and enter your tracking number, provided in the initial confirmation email. You can track your parcel at any point in time.

 

AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING
At the stage we only offer shipping to Australian addresses, where we happily deliver Australia wide.

 

PO BOX ADDRESS DELIVERY
Delivery to PO boxes can be made.  Just make sure you have the correct delivery details before finalising your purchase. A calling card for collection will be left at your PO Box should the parcel be too large to fit.

 

LOST & RETURNED PARCELS
We are not liable for parcels that are lost or returned back to us. For an extra $3, ensure the safety of your parcels by selecting "Extra Cover" in the shipping methods. For orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING, you may change the method of shipping in checkout and selecting "Extra Cover" option.
