Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting to ensure an even burn. Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable objects. Light the candle and let it burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface. Always extinguish the flame before leaving the room or going to sleep.

Leave to burn for at least 1 hour. Burning time: +/- 40 hours. Always leave at least 20 cm between burning candles.
